Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered once access to the content has been granted.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@piwebkits.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
